MISSION STATEMENT

Welcome to Pearland United Futbol website!

Our mission is to provide a challenging and enjoyable soccer experience for all players and coaches. Our purpose is to promote and advance the game of soccer among our youth by providing affordable soccer development programs for the youth of Pearland and surrounding communities.

We strive to develop fundamental and advanced technical skills among our players to enable them to participate at both competitive and recreational levels while instilling sportsmanship, teamwork, and physical health. As such, we employ experienced coaches and trainers with the utmost respect for our youth and adherence to ethical and quality standards.

U5 - U10 TRAINING - FALL 2008

The Director of Training is excited about the training programs for both the U5-6 age groups and the U7-8 and U9-10 age groups. Donny Bodron, former Kingwood Varsity Girl’s Coach, will be running the U5-6 training sessions this fall. Stephen Peter, Friendswood Varsity Boy’s Coach, will be running the U7-8 and U9-10 training sessions this fall. Both of these trainers bring a wealth of experience and any player in this age group would greatly benefit under their training program.

U5-U6 TRAINING INFORMATION
Location: Library Fields (in front of Library)
Day:         Thursdays
Time:        6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

There will be a U5-6 Kickoff meeting at the Library on Friday, August 29th at 6:00 P.M. All coaches and parents need to attend this meeting

U7-U8 & U9-U10 TRAINING INFORMATION
Location:             Independence Park
Day:                    Mondays
U7-U8 Session:    6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
U9-U10 Session: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Volunteer coaches please plan to attend these sessions with your players. These sessions begin Monday, August 11th.

COACHING CLINICS

Attention Coaches:

In order to coach this Fall and Spring season you must have completed a licensing course that is age appropriate and recognized by STYSA.

Please visit our "Coaching" page for information regarding upcoming coaching clincs being offered.

Interested in playing for Pearland United? Tryouts are complete, however, there are a few openings on select teams. If you are interested in joining Pearland United, please contact Tracy Keller at

Online registration is now open!   Please take a few minutes to review the PYSC 2008-2009 Refund Policy and use the "REGISTER" button on the left of the page to start the registration process.

All new players must send in a copy of their birth certificate. You may mail it to PYSC, PO Box 517, Pearland, Tx. 77588, email it to or fax your copy to 281-992-0587.

Please use the "2008-2009 Age Chart"to determine what age bracket your child falls under. Click here for more information regarding the different levels of play offered by our club.

MANDATORY COACHES MEETING

Attention Coaches:

Please plan to attend the meeting listed below for your appropriate age group. These meetings are mandatory so if you are unable to attend, please send an assistant coach or a parent representative and explain to them that you (the coach) are responsible for taking the time to read thru and understand the information provided at the meeting and put it into place.

All meetings will be held at J. T. Patton's house (3401 Fox Court Pearland Texas 77581) and will be an hour or less with food provided.
